Do we have to pay in full at time of booking and are there really no refunds?
Yes and Yes. Our schedule fills quickly and most events are planned well ahead of time, so cancellations usually result in that time not being able to be rebooked, so we must stick to this policy and hope you understand.

Is there a security deposit?
No, but that doesn't mean you can wreck the place. Please be respectful and treat our room as if it were your own and everyone will be happy!

Where do we park?
Foxy's has the best parking in town and it is free to you. There are 7 spots in front of the building and room for many more cars across the street in the large gravel lot, which is also owned by the owner of Foxy's.

Does Foxy's provide anything other than the room?
No. You must bring in your own food, beverages, utensils, linens, etc.

Do we have to clean up?
Yes. Our policy is "leave no trace", so please leave the space exactly how you received it. Garbage does not have to be taken outside, but all garbage should be in one of the many garbage cans (in bags) provided.
